The 1% Solution model captures the needs of this changing industry while still focusing careful attention on the client. This is not a partial service program. You can expect full and professional representation from day one through close of escrow. If we list your home and it has a market value of at least $200,000 we will list it for 1%. This means you will pay no more than 4% commission ( 1% to us andan average of 3% to the buyer's agent). This is substantially less than many other full service realtors. If your home is valued at under $200,000 we will charge 2% which is still highly competitive. If you buy a home from us you can expect a rebate at close of escrow of 1% of the sales price based on a 3% commission to the selling broker.
